Junior, a young man with old-school values, insists he wants a traditional woman — to which Tina quickly retorts that “those days are long gone.” Jamaal, tired of his player lifestyle, vows to take a 30-day fast from women — no talking, no flirting, no looking — in hopes that his discipline might help Shanale, still healing from a five-year heartbreak, see love anew.
